The organization code to enter in the app is umassmedcme.  
Click the “Login or Create Account” button to open the login panel and enter your CloudCME username and password OR create an account if needed. 

How to Check In for Live activities: Here's a summary of the different methods you can use to check in and claim credit:

1. Via Mobile App:

  • Open the app and access the Check-in menu to scan a QR code.
  • Select Scan Attendance to scan the QR code  to check in.  
  • The app provides access to your transcripts, calendar of events, slide presentations and other features.

 

2. Via Text Message:

  • Each event (e.g., Grand Rounds, Case Conference) will have a unique code.
  • First-time users must pair their mobile number with their CloudCME account:
    • Text your email address to: (855) 643-9558.
    • You'll receive a confirmation text.
  • Once paired, you can send the event code via text to (855) 643-9558 to check in.

 

3. Via Desktop:

  • Log into your CloudCME account.
  • Go to MY CME - Claim Credit.
  • Enter the Activity ID (number) and submit it.

 

Important Notes:

  • Attendance can only be recorded 60 minutes before, during, and up to 120 minutes after the activity's end time (unless an extended timeframe is specified).
  • Evaluation: Completing an evaluation is necessary before credit is awarded to your transcript.
    • On the CloudCME app, select My Evaluations.
    • On Desktop, go to MY CME - Evaluations and Certificates to complete your evaluation.

Transcripts Information:

  • For credit(s) earned before 9/1/2023:
    • Contact Medical Staff Services at: [email protected] to request your transcript.
  • For credit(s) earned from 9/1/2023 onward:
    • Transcripts will be available directly in your CloudCME® account.

 

How to View/Download Your Transcript:

  1. Via Desktop:
    • Log into your CloudCME® account.
    • Navigate to the MY CME tab and select Transcript.
    • You can then print or download your transcript.
  2. Via Mobile App:
    • Log into the CloudCME® mobile app.
    • Select MY Transcript to view your transcript.
    • You can then email or save it to your device.

 

Important Reminder:

  • Evaluation Requirement:
    Before credits are awarded to your transcript, you must complete the activity Evaluation.
    • Make sure to check the Evaluation tab to ensure all evaluations are completed.
